At the end of June 2008, I have
finished stay in UK.
Since the beginning of 2007 I
moved to UK to do R&D in human behaviour. The place where I
worked,
NaturalMotion Ltd is a leading company for physics
engines used in video games and special effects. I am part
of a team developing Euphoria, the software used in StarWars,
Indianna Jones, Grand Theft Auto IV, Backbreakers
videogames, which is based in evolutionary artificial
intelligence. wow.
From September 2006 to
April, I was an invited researcher at
EVASION, a research group at
-
INRIA-Rhône-Alpes (France) and in collaboration with
the
Virtual Reality and Modeling Group,
in Madrid.
In
October 2004, I joined the
Virtual Reality and Modeling Group, in Madrid, Spain
where I am a “Juan
de la Cierva” fellow. From March to August 2004, I
worked at the
Image Synthesis Group in Dublin, Ireland as an invited
researcher. Previously (July 2003 to March
2004), I worked in Pisa, Italy in the
Visual Computing Group
where I was an
ERCIM
fellow:
In 2003, I've obtained my PhD from INRIA-
Rhône-Alpes (France) in the
e-MOTION
project. Funding was received from the mexican council of
research
CONACyT
and a french project for medical applications (CAESARE).
During my doctoral research I spent some time at the
Center of Advance Technology in Surgery
at Stanford University, USA.
Previously, in 1999, I've got a DEA (french MSc.
equivalent) in "Automatic Control and Production" from
ENSIEG, INPG, France. I have also obtained a MSc. degree
in "Digital and Electronics
Control Systems" from
Imperial College, London
during which I was an invited research student at the
Department of Automatic Control
Department at Lund Institute
of Technology, Sweden.
My
BSc.
degree is in Electronics
Engineering, from the
