Atari, the legendary game corporate, has started to be acquired by the Infogrammes Inc. in 2001. It has been fully owned in 2008 and a great change of strategy began for Atari with the idea to bring it back to the main scene.

Within this strategy, Eden Games has become the only internal studio of the re-invented Atari group (although recently a new studio has been opened in London).
